There was plenty of space for us all to relax comfortably, both indoors and outdoors, without ever feeling crowded. The amenities were ideal for a multi-generational group, thoughtfully set up to make the stay easy and enjoyable for all ages.

The wildlife around the property was such a special highlight — the kids were thrilled, and even the adults loved soaking up the peaceful natural surroundings. The activities room was a fantastic bonus, giving everyone somewhere to gather for games and laughs, and the pool was a huge hit across all age groups.

It’s rare to find accommodation that balances comfort, space, entertainment, and nature so well. We made wonderful memories here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend for large family getaways!

... read more /> From the moment we arrived, we loved that we had all the amenities completely to ourselves. It felt private, relaxed, and so comfortable — like our own little retreat. One of the first things we noticed (and appreciated!) was the ample fridge and storage space. Catering for a big group can be tricky, but there was more than enough room for everyone’s groceries, drinks, and treats.

The kitchen was incredibly well stocked — honestly, it had everything we needed and more. Cooking for a large family felt easy and enjoyable rather than stressful, which made such a difference to the overall experience.

Every bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom was an absolute luxury. With a group our size, this made mornings and evenings run so smoothly and gave everyone their own space and privacy.

What we loved most was that there was so much to do right there at the lodge. We didn’t feel the need to go anywhere — everything we needed for fun, relaxation, and quality time together was on site. It allowed us to truly switch off, unwind, and simply enjoy being together.

The largest lodge became out hub, which made gathering as an extended family easy. There was space for us all to come together comfortably, whether we were sharing meals, laughing over games, or just sitting and chatting. It created the perfect setting for reconnecting and making memories.

It was relaxing, welcoming, and ideal for a big family group. We left feeling refreshed and so grateful for the time spent together. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to other large families looking for a special place to stay.

The nature is... read more amazing, kangaroos on your door, an echidna came right up to window, possoms running around, birds of every variety. So much life and beauty. Jenny and Malcolm always keep the place incredibly well. After every visit they ask if anything needs maintenance as we hire out every cottage and every room so we are using the whole place. They want to and DO keep it so beautiful. Well done guys on many years of keeping it up every season. We are so grateful to you and I COULD NOT recommend the place more highly. The beds are huge/comfy/great, electric blankets and heating perfect in the freezing conditions. All 19 friends spendiing most of the time in the main lodge around the very warm and effiecent wood fire (all wood provided) on the super comfy almost circular lounge.
