Banjos Bushland Retreat is a privately owned and managed property, and we thank you for your booking.

SECURING YOUR BOOKING

We require your full name, address and contact telephone number/s and email address, so that we can contact you direct to discuss your booking requirements, including the bed configuration for each bedroom, and if any extra beds are required.

Sometimes there may be discounts from the amount quoted if the number of adults is maximum, or length of stay is more than 3 nights.

A confirmation letter with all payment details, and extra information about our lodges and recreation facilities, directions and very important key pick-up instructions will be emailed upon the confirmation of your booking.

After confirming your booking and paying the deposit this constitutes your agreement to our Terms and Conditions, providing permission for Banjos Bushland Retreat to charge your credit card for any costs associated with damage, breakage or cleaning where necessary after your stay.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

We offer an early check-in time of 12:30 on day of arrival (unless otherwise advised), and a late check-out time of 2:30 pm (unless otherwise advised).  These times can sometimes be changed by prior arrangement.

CANCELLATIONS

A fee of $25 is payable for ALL CANCELLATIONS to cover costs incurred.

• 8 weeks before your holiday – full refund, less $25 fee
• 6 weeks before your holiday – ½ refund, less $25 fee
• 4 weeks before your holiday – no refund

Note:  If we are able to re-book the lodge/s from your cancellation, then a full refund will be given, less the $25 fee.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES

Please treat the property with respect and leave the lodges in a clean and tidy condition.  Any guests not leaving the property in a reasonable manner will be charged a $150 cleaning fee.

WILFUL DAMAGE

Further charges will apply if any willful or excessive damage has occurred to any part of the lodge, furnishings or recreation facilities.

MINOR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE AND BREAKAGE

We acknowledge that accidental breakages can occur of glassware and crockery.  It would be appreciated if these breakages are reported to us on the Guest Questionnaire or by email / telephone.  This helps us to keep our lodges to the standard that all our guests expect.

SMOKING

NO SMOKING in the lodges or the Recreation Building, only allowed outside or on the decks.  Please do not throw butts on the ground (this action could cause a bushfire and is detrimental to the environment).  There are special bins provided for disposing of butts on the decks of each lodge.

PETS

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on the property.

FIRES

Absolutely NO LIGHTING of any camp fires outside the lodges.

RECREATION FACILITIES

Banjos recreation facilities are for the use of Banjos guests only.  If you have booked all 3 lodges then you will have exclusive use of these facilities, however if you are sharing with other guests please be respectful and put equipment away after use.

SWIMMING POOL

This is a shared facility with other lodges located on the mountain.  No diving or bombing is permitted.  Please ensure the access gate is closed when you leave.

THEFT & LOSS OF PERSONAL ITEMS

Theft & Loss of any personal items is the guests’ responsibility during their stay.  We provide a safe in each lodge for security.  Banjos Bushland Retreat takes no responsibility for guests’ personal items.

NO SHOOTING

Absolutely NO GUNS / RIFLES ALLOWED!  No shooting of any kind on the 1,000-acre reserve.

Please check you have collected all your personal items.  Charges apply to return forgotten items.
